When you create a ligaprofit account, you agree to these terms. We require you to be of legal age under the laws of your jurisdiction, provide accurate personal information during account opening, and comply with all applicable gaming and betting regulations where you reside. Our service is available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming.

Account suspension
We may suspend your account if we detect unauthorized access, unusual withdrawal patterns, or breach of these terms.
Closure
You may close your ligaprofit account anytime by submitting a request in Settings. Any pending balance is transferred within 5 business days.
Account limits
Weekly withdrawal limits are our welcome offer. Requests exceeding this are queued for the following week under anti-money-laundering rules.

Deposits and withdrawals on ligaprofit

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are processed instantly; your account is credited the moment we confirm the transfer. Minimum deposit is our welcome offer. We do not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may deduct transaction costs.

Withdrawals require a 24–48 hour review window for compliance verification. We check your account history and KYC status to prevent fraud. Once approved, funds return to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 business days due to banking processing delays. We do not charge withdrawal fees; amounts are transferred in full. If you request a withdrawal during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, processing may take longer due to banking holiday schedules.

Gameplay and market rules

Sports bets on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, and badminton are settled according to official league results. Live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) are played in real time against licensed dealers. Slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) are random games; each spin is independent. If a market is cancelled or postponed, we refund bets within 24 hours to your account balance. Void bets (where the outcome cannot be determined) are also refunded. Disputed outcomes are reviewed by our operations team; if you disagree with a settlement, contact support within 72 hours with evidence.

Data protection and jurisdiction on ligaprofit

Your personal data on ligaprofit is encrypted in transit and stored securely on ring-fenced servers. We share KYC information only with licensed payment processors and regulators as required by law. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties. You can request a full data export anytime; we provide it within 5 business days. Upon account closure, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

ligaprofit operates only in jurisdictions where local gaming law permits our service. We do not target users outside our licensed service area. If you access ligaprofit from a restricted jurisdiction, we restrict your ability to deposit or place bets. Services are available only where applicable law permits.

Dispute resolution and liability

If you dispute a bet settlement or account charge, email our support team with your account ID, bet details, and evidence. We investigate and respond within 7 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our compliance officer for a final review within 14 days.

We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or losses from unauthorized access if you failed to secure your password. We are also not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or force majeure events (natural disasters, infrastructure failures). Your total liability claim against ligaprofit is capped at your account balance on the date of the dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute is resolved through our internal process first, then through Indonesian courts if necessary. By using ligaprofit, you accept these terms and jurisdiction.
